2026 Commercial Policy & Terms of Cooperation
A. Gkionis – P. Symperas S.A., operating under the trade name Metro Audio Systems, imports and distributes audiovisual equipment in Greece, which it studies, designs, and manufactures under the following brands:
Metro Audio Systems, Modern Acoustics, Bler Audio, ONSEI, Standsteel.
At the same time, the company officially represents and distributes within the Greek territory the following international brands:
QSYS, ALLEN & HEATH, ADJ, RELOOP, GLORIUS, MACKIE, JDM, LITE PUTER, VMB, SHOW, QSC LIVE, DENON DJ, MARANTZ PRO, ELIMINATOR, ACCU, DURATRUSS, MAGMA, IBIZA, PARTY, BST, MADISON AFX, LAVOCE, SIMPLY ANALOGUE, LEDFUL, EOGO, ARYLIC, DECKSAVER, and others.
Wholesale customer categories eligible for discounts must have as their primary business activity the trading, installation, large-scale use, or rental of audiovisual systems.
Category 1
Includes:
1. New wholesale customers.
2. Customers whose total purchases in 2025 did not exceed €2,500 (excluding VAT).
Category 2
Includes:
1. 1. Customers whose total purchases in 2025 exceeded €2,500 (excluding VAT).
2. 2. New customers whose purchases during the current year exceed €2,500 (excluding VAT).
Payment Terms
Due to the high administrative costs related to warehousing, picking, packaging, and internal logistics, orders below €100 (excluding VAT) are subject to an additional handling fee of €5 (excluding VAT).
*Customers in Category 1 & Category 2 may complete purchases using a credit card either as a one-time payment or in installments (up to 36 installments).
Category 2 customers may also purchase on credit using post-dated checks, provided that a credit limit has been approved by the company’s finance department. The maximum payment period is 90 days (3 months).
Shipment of goods is carried out at the customer’s responsibility and expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The terms of this commercial and discount policy apply exclusively to the brands imported and distributed in Greece by A. Gkionis – P. Symperas S.A.
