Committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers, partners, and employees, the company implements this Policy with the primary goal of consistently and effectively supporting the Management’s efforts toward the continuous improvement of the quality of its offerings.

The company upholds professional ethics and the ongoing development of its human resources as key principles in its relationships with customers and partners.
To fulfill this Policy, the company has developed and implemented a Quality and Environmental Management System aligned with the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

- Ensuring the systematic identification, evaluation, and control of environmental impacts arising from the company’s activities, including those involving suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritizing the prevention of environmental accidents.
- Ensuring environmental protection, including pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and the protection of biodiversity and local ecosystems.
- Employing appropriate equipment and trained personnel across all areas of activity.
- Minimizing and managing waste efficiently, and increasing the proportion of materials recycled versus those disposed of.
- Establishing and implementing suitable environmental programs and maintaining well-tested emergency response plans.
